They are seeking a Sr Director or VP of Product Management for Residential Tax, responsible for market research, strategy, and product lifecycle management to drive customer retention and revenue growth in the mortgage servicing and escrow ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market, client, and competitive research to identify opportunities for improving how clients manage, pay, monitor, and comply with Residential Tax obligations across servicing and escrow operations depth market, client, and competitive research to identify opportunities for improving how clients manage, pay, monitor, and comply with Residential Tax obligations across servicing and escrow operations
- Identify and prioritize new revenue generating opportunities by analyzing customer workflows, regulatory requirements, technology trends, data assets, and competitive gaps within the Residential Tax landscape
- Monitor industry, regulatory, and legislative trends and assess their impact on product strategy, client value, and long-term investment priorities
- Define and own the Residential Tax product strategy and multiyear roadmap, including prioritized initiatives, business justification, investment requirements, and expected ROI

- Support business plans and strategic decisions with financial modeling, pricing strategy, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis

- Ensure product plans are fully integrated with enterprise strategies, operational capabilities, and go to market execution
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, and Product Marketing to position current and future Residential Tax offerings, support sales motions, and enable successful client adoption
- Guide pricing, packaging, distribution, and competitive positioning decisions
- Engage directly with clients to understand strategic challenges, future operating models, and emerging needs
- Lead and represent the company at key industry organizations, conferences, and forums, articulating the value and vision of Residential Tax solutions
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, legislators, industry associations, vendors, and strategic partners, as appropriate
- Act as a trusted executive partner across the organization, driving alignment, influence, and clarity on Residential Tax product priorities
- Executive ownership of Residential Tax Product Management strategy and outcomes
- Direct leadership of Product Managers and analysts
