Inmar Intelligence is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for new product launches and the current portfolio. This role requires collaboration with various teams to act as the product expert and utilize customer understanding and data analysis to guide product decisions and optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate customer insights into compelling product positioning, messaging, and sales tools
- Collaborate with product management to ensure customer needs influence product development
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, working with various teams (product, sales, services, solution architects)
- Provide sales collateral, talking points, and marketing support, ensuring timely product launches
- Create strong value propositions and messaging tailored for target audiences
- Ensure all relevant teams are aligned on product marketing objectives
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and launches, using data to refine strategies
- Act as the customer's voice within the organization, partnering with data and product teams to achieve business goals
- Contribute to roadmap ideation, gather customer feedback, support prioritization, and assist with revenue projections
- Independently gather information to support higher-level decision-making for simple problems
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing Managers, leadership, Product Management, Sales, Client Services) and act as the primary contact for product-related questions
- Create materials to motivate sales and outbound marketing teams
- Deliver executive-level presentations on products/features, collaborating with other Product Marketing Managers and leadership
- Develop productive internal and external working relationships
- Engage with customers, in partnership with Sales, to present product value and answer launch-related questions, involving Product Management for technical discussions
- Collect customer feedback via Sales to inform product strategy, including pricing and packaging
- Opportunity to mentor junior team members and assist with training new hires
- Performs other assigned duties

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of related work experience, preferably marketing financial or technical services for manufacturers or retailers, or an equivalent combination of experience and training
- Experience in online advertising or social media marketing is a plus
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations
- Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex concepts
- Ability to approach work with both a product and client mindset
- Highly curious and self-learning individual
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites
