Safeguard Global is a pioneer in the global employment industry, helping companies expand internationally since 2008. They are seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to own and optimize their marketing technology stack, ensuring leads are effectively routed and managed across global sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end lead routing using LeanData and Pardot, ensuring leads reach active sales reps instantly
- Design and maintain lead scoring models that prioritise high-intent prospects
- Troubleshoot and resolve routing issues, preventing leads from falling through the cracks
- Build automated assignment rules that adapt to territory changes and rep availability
- Manage and optimise Pardot campaigns, automation rules, and engagement programs
- Configure and maintain Chili Piper for intelligent meeting scheduling and routing
- Build and maintain Zapier integrations connecting our MarTech ecosystem
- Ensure seamless data flow between Pardot, Salesforce, and third-party tools
- Partner with Sales Operations to maintain clean, accurate lead and contact data
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that track lead flow and conversion
- Support campaign attribution and ROI tracking across marketing channels
- Implement data hygiene processes to maintain database health
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce – you understand leads, contacts, accounts, and campaigns
- Experience with lead routing – LeanData preferred, but any routing logic experience counts
- Strong problem-solving mindset – you enjoy debugging workflows and finding elegant solutions
- Excellent communication skills – you can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter mentality – you take ownership and drive projects forward without constant direction
- Fluent English (written and verbal) – essential for cross-team collaboration
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with Chili Piper or similar scheduling tools
- Familiarity with Zapier or other iPaaS platforms
- Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journeys
- Background in RevOps, Demand Gen, or Sales Operations
