LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Outbound Call Center Representatives to support their annual Shareholder Communications Project. Representatives will conduct high volume outbound calls to shareholders regarding time sensitive account notifications, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Place high-volume outbound calls to shareholders related to account updates, notifications, or required actions
- Follow scripted and semi scripted call flows to ensure message accuracy and compliance
- Perform identity verification steps before discussing shareholder account details
- Handle and protect sensitive PII and financial information in accordance with confidentiality standards
- Document call outcomes, notes, and updates accurately in internal systems and CRM tools
- Escalate complex questions or issues to supervisors or project leads as appropriate
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets, including call volume, contact rate, quality scores, and compliance metrics
- Participate in virtual training and ongoing coaching sessions
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a strong customer service mindset during every interaction

- 1+ year of call center, customer service, or customer facing experience
