Customer Service Associate

Applebee's - West Lebanon is a well-established casual dining restaurant known for its exceptional customer service. They are seeking energetic individuals to join their team as Shift Leaders, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and resolving any concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assisting the General Manager in team building, training, and motivating staff to achieve operational goals
• Leading a team during shifts, ensuring high performance, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a positive work environment
• Managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Utilizing computer systems to manage orders, track sales, and generate reports as needed
• Upholding all safety protocols and maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for both employees and guests
• Supporting sales initiatives and promoting a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business
