Associate Project Manager

Mutual of Omaha is seeking an Associate Marketing Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery of projects and refine processes within the Agile framework. The role involves managing the planning, execution, and delivery of small to medium projects across the company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of projects including the definition of project charters, budgets and measures, as well as developing project structures and ensuring proper operations
• Track project status and manage project issues and risks including the evaluation of progress/quality/costs and developing action plans to address gaps throughout the project life cycle
• Build and lead effective project teams and foster strong sponsor, stakeholder, vendor, customer and team relationships
• Manage projects that implement new solutions or enhance existing solutions, spanning several disciplines including development, programming, implementation, compliance and information management
• Executes project management processes and industry best practices from inception to delivery including building and executing a project plan, monitoring and controlling project tasks, managing scope/resources/risks, ensuring quality control, and maintaining effective communication while monitoring and controlling project costs

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of project management experience in marketing including managing project planning, execution and delivery, analysis and problem resolution
• Experience in Adobe Workfront is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication including strong presentation and facilitation experience
• Customer focus including experience fostering strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective collaboration with all levels of the organization including individual contributors to leadership
• Proven experience clearing roadblocks, resolving conflicts and negotiating issues to resolution

• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
