Hilton is a leading hospitality company, and they are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and execute projects across Spa, Retail, and Recreation workstreams. This role involves project planning, scheduling, and communication support while ensuring operational resources are created and maintained effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across Spa, Retail, and Recreation projects
- Develop project plans, maintain status trackers, and ensure teams meet deadlines
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on priorities and progress
- Manage meeting calendars, project calls, and leadership schedules
- Arrange travel, logistics, and event coordination when needed
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Draft, edit, and review emails, announcements, and executive talking points for leadership
- Serve as a communication liaison across teams to ensure accurate and timely updates
- Maintain clear project documentation and version control
- Build, refine, and enhance PowerPoint decks for leadership meetings and project reviews
- Ensure presentations are visually polished, data-informed, and aligned with brand standards
- Compile and analyze performance metrics, operational KPIs, and project status updates
- Prepare monthly summary reports for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations
- Assist in developing playbooks, process guides, templates, and operational toolkits
- Improve existing materials to ensure clarity, usability, and consistency across teams
- Support documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in project coordination or project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with AI administrative and project tracking tools a plus
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively
- Ability to travel at least twice monthly
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, operations, or recreation environments is a plus but not required
