World Business Lenders (WBL) is a U.S.-based company that provides short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses. They are seeking an Account Executive to create and implement regional sales strategies, foster connections with property management companies, and engage with clients to boost loan origination volume.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement a dynamic regional sales strategy for the vibrant areas of Atlanta, Nashville, Savannah, and along the beautiful South Carolina coast from Myrtle Beach to Hilton Head
- Foster meaningful connections with property management companies, HOA/condo associations, and short-term rental investors
- Seek out and connect with potential borrowers who are interested in cash-out refinancing for their short-term rental properties
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present the BNB Cashout product as the perfect solution
- Boost loan origination volume by cultivating partnerships and following a consultative sales approach
- Team up with leadership to enhance go-to-market strategies informed by market insights
- Keep a steady pipeline of opportunities, from lead generation all the way to closing, ensuring that targets are consistently achieved
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a similar discipline is highly preferred. However, if you have substantial professional experience in sales, lending, or real estate, we welcome that in place of formal education
- 3 to 5 years of solid experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Experience in real estate lending, short-term rental markets, or partnerships in property management is strongly preferred
- A track record of successfully cultivating client relationships and consistently meeting sales targets
- Exceptional ability to build relationships and network effectively
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in active listening with a consultative approach to sales
- Flexible thinking and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Strong time management skills and self-driven motivation in a field-oriented position
- Experience with CRM tools for effective lead and sales pipeline management
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Capable of hosting virtual meetings and delivering presentations via online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
- It would be great if you have experience in real estate lending, mortgage sales, or property management!
- If you're familiar with short-term rental markets or have knowledge of investor-focused financial products, that would be an added bonus!
