DeepLearning.AI is on a mission to empower everyone to build with AI. They are seeking an Account Executive who will drive corporate training initiatives, manage client relationships, and develop new business opportunities in the enterprise learning space.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all inbound corporate training inquiries and qualify potential opportunities
- Using AI assistance, research and identify potential corporate leads across industries, and reach out if appropriate
- Develop and manage sales channels to generate consistent pipeline growth
- In collaboration with the Marketing team, create compelling B2B sales collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and webpage copy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing corporate clients, managing relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention and identify expansion opportunities
- Set up, develop and optimize internal systems, building on existing infrastructure (CRM, tracking, reporting, etc.)
- Manage and close deals independently. You should be available for occasional early morning or late evening calls to accommodate international clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content, processes and AI-powered solutions for scalable support of corporate clients
- Act as the voice of corporate clients internally, gathering feedback and insights to inform platform development and feature prioritization alongside the Product and Engineering teams
