They are seeking a Head of Growth to drive revenue and market presence during a critical hypergrowth phase, focusing on go-to-market strategies and demand generation across various sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive pipeline generation and revenue growth across enterprise, mid-market, and public sector customers
- Design, execute, and optimize Koop’s end-to-end growth strategy across marketing, partnerships, and product-led channels
- Build and scale repeatable demand generation programs targeting compliance, risk, and security leaders
- Identify and test new acquisition channels, messaging strategies, and growth experiments to accelerate market penetration
- Work closely with sales to maximize pipeline conversion, shorten sales cycles, and increase deal velocity
- Partner with product to shape product-led growth strategies and ensure strong alignment between product capabilities and market demand
- Build Koop’s brand presence and thought leadership within the GRC, compliance, and AI ecosystems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams to create tight feedback loops between users, product, and growth initiatives
- Adapt quickly and lead growth initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth AI startup environment
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
