GoEngineer is a provider of innovative design platforms, specializing in engineering software and 3D technologies. They are seeking a motivated 3D Scanning Account Manager to manage sales cycles and build relationships with clients across various industries, focusing on 3D scanning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new opportunities through cold calling, targeted prospecting, and territory based lead generation
- Guide prospects and customers through the full sales process, developing a deep understanding of their needs and closing new business
- Promote and position advanced 3D scanning technologies within a variety of industries in a fast moving, technology focused environment
- Travel to customer sites to deliver professional, solution focused product presentations and demonstrations
- Build strong, trust based relationships with internal teams, partners, customers, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within our CRM platform
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work a territory independently and stay self-motivated while managing travel and customer activity
- Strong prospecting skills and the ability to generate and develop new business opportunities
- Ability to communicate a clear sales process and navigate complex customer decisions over multi-month sales cycles
- Comfort collaborating with technical or application engineering resources to support customer discovery, demonstrations, and evaluations
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in 3D scanning sales is highly desired, with strong preference for candidates who have sold metrology, quality or reverse engineering tools or other technical manufacturing solutions
- 1-5 years of sales experience in a manufacturing/technological environment is highly desired
- Experience using a CRM platform to manage accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and follow-up activity; experience with NetSuite is a plus
