Enterprise Client Success Manager (New York)

Kalepa is an AI Underwriting Platform revolutionizing the commercial insurance industry. They are seeking an Enterprise Client Success Manager to enhance client partnerships, ensure satisfaction, and drive revenue expansion through their SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

• Master Kalepa's SaaS platform
• Own end-to-end deployment and configuration of Kalepa’s SaaS platform from kickoff through go-live
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive teams
• Prepare and deliver presentations to C-level executives
• Plan, execute, and lead client user training
• Leverage large datasets to analyze the impact on client KPIs
• Coordinate with Kalepa’s Product team to support our product’s growth via issue identification, remediation tracking, and enhancement drafting
