Overview:
This role serves as the primary on-the-ground execution owner for marketing-related initiatives. The position supports the operational execution of established marketing strategies by managing content calendars, coordinating external relationships, and handling day-to-day internal logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of established marketing strategies through day-to-day operational ownership
- Manage and maintain content and social calendars based on approved plans, ensuring timely execution and alignment with global guidelines
- Coordinate local external relationships, including influencers, media, and other external partners, at an execution and delivery level
- Serve as the execution point of contact for external partners, ensuring timelines, requirements, and deliverables are clearly communicated
- Handle internal coordination and logistical tasks across teams, tracking requests, timelines, and execution status
- Facilitate communication across regional and global offices to ensure accurate information flow and smooth collaboration
- Compile, organize, and summarize execution updates and partnership-related data into clear internal reports
- Proactively identify and help resolve cross-time-zone and cross-functional execution issues
- Support execution and delivery of new marketing initiatives and partnership-related projects as assignedQualifications- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, execution support, partnership coordination, or related roles
- Background in consumer goods, internet, or technology industries preferred
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality
- Excellent comprehension and synthesis skills, able to quickly understand priorities and communicate clearly
- Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working effectively with diverse internal teams and external partners
- Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in solving operational and execution-related challenges
- Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $81,000 - $90,000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/ incentives/ restricted stock units.
