Salesforce Technical Lead
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and
implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a specific focus on Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing,
and Subscriptions). The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with leadership
abilities to guide a team of developers and ensure the successful delivery of complex Salesforce
projects aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across
Revenue Cloud, and integrations with other systems.
Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions
Drive technical decisions related to Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Subscriptions)
including product configuration, pricing, discounting, approval workflows, and invoice
management.
Guide and mentor development teams on best practices, coding standards, and platform
limits
Review code, enforce quality standards, and ensure secure, performant implementations
Design and implement solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects on overall platform architecture
Support release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis
Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data governance, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across multiple clouds
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and
declarative automation
Experience leading development teams in enterprise Salesforce implementations
Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, performance tuning, and scalability
Proven experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration skills
