The role involves generating outbound pipeline by prospecting into media agencies and creating consistent top-of-funnel meetings for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate 6+ qualified meetings per month through structured outbound prospecting
- Execute targeted multi-touch outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Partner with Sales Leadership to continuously refine overall outreach effectiveness
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline visibility in HubSpot
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of professional experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and research
- Strong organization and time management within a 15–20 hour/week schedule
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools (HubSpot a plus)
- Coachable, self-motivated, and interested in working in a startup environment
