Job Summary
To deliver the highest standard of corporate website publishing and servicing for stakeholders, to ensure that all delivery, reporting, and deadlines are met, providing superior quality and execution and adherence to defined processes. Build, maintain and grow successful relationships with our internal partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Authoring content in AEM – Building standard pages, campaigns, and configurations
Experience in multisite management (MSM)
Exposure to automating content publishing activities in AEM
Exposure to Web technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Demonstrates strong initiative-taking abilities, leads global and bulk projects within the team, identifies process efficiencies, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure the webpages are created/updated as per the defined guidelines/standards
Unit testing of pages using pre-defined checklists
Coordinate with other team members for digital requirements – Creative, QA, Marketing automation, Analytics, SEO
Experience in workflow management tools like Workfront
Experience in Flourish
Knowledge, skills & abilities
Education/training
■ Graduates/Postgraduates from any field
Years of relevant experience
■ 3-5 years of experience in Website management using CMS
■ Experience of working in a Marketing/ Communications agency set up
Skills and knowledge
■ Experience in project/workflow management tools like: Workfront, Wrike, JIRA etc.
■ Good analytical skills
■ Experience in content management systems - Adobe AEM, WordPress
■ Knowledge of MS Office 365 products - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
■ Organized person, capable to document and keep track of processes and status
■ Ideal candidate will be adaptable to new tools as per business requirement
Communication skills
■ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and flair for new media
■ Prior experience of work with global and international clients is preferred.
Time management
■ Detail-oriented, organized, with problem solving approach and should be able to manage multiple projects and simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Team player
■ Must be a self-starter, but also a team player with the ability to multi-task and excel in a fast paced, matrix and customer service-oriented environment
