Subject.ai is building AI-powered, personalized education at scale and is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Intern to connect with school leaders. In this hands-on role, you will work with sales leadership to generate new opportunities through targeted outbound outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls to school and district leaders across the U.S
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Use tools like LinkedIn, Gong, and Salesforce to manage outreach and track engagement
- Run sequenced outbound campaigns in Gong Engage
- Research districts, schools, and education leaders to identify high-quality prospects
- Book meetings and generate pipeline for the sales team
- Help test and refine messaging across email, phone scripts, and LinkedIn outreach
- Learn sales processes including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline development
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and comfortable with outreach and conversation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious about sales, startups, AI, or education
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bonus if you've used tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong — but not required
