They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales (Primary Focus)
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to:
- Warm Leads
- Past Clients
- Target cold outreach
- Call and close leads who have expressed interest in advertising via email
- Generate new opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Re-engage previously interested prospects and revive stalled conversations
- Nurture strong relationships with clients
- Maintain daily outbound activity
- Hit achievable, but meaningful monthly sales targets
- Show reliability, strong communication, and consistent follow through
Requirements:
- Has proven sales experience, in a phone-heavy environment
- Is comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Has grit, resilience, and the ability to push through objections
- Is motivated, proactive, and competitive
- Communicates exceptionally well over phone, email, and text
- Stays organized, follows up consistently, and manages a pipeline
- Thrives in a remote role with clear expectations and measurable performance
