Remote Customer Service & Sales Representative (Inbound Leads | No Cold Calling)

The Penso Agency is hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to handle life and health insurance inquiries from clients who have already requested information. This role involves responding to inbound inquiries, conducting virtual consultations, and presenting coverage solutions with a focus on performance-based compensation.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound insurance inquiries
• Conduct virtual consultations
• Present coverage solutions
• Follow up and close business
• Participate in training and team development

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable in a performance-based environment
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health license (support provided)
• Sales experience preferred (commission experience a plus)
