Oracle’s Global Sustainability Office is seeking a Principal Program Manager to support the advancement of Oracle’s sustainability strategy through business enablement, internal engagement, and external communications. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing internal training programs, supporting sales and customer-facing teams, and external messaging that addresses key opportunities and questions around business growth, development, and community impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver internal sustainability training programs and resources tailored to different lines of business
- Support sales and customer-facing teams with sustainability-related materials, FAQs, and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sustainability messaging with Oracle’s offerings
- Design and execute employee engagement campaigns to build awareness of Oracle’s sustainability goals and initiatives
- Contribute to the development of Oracle’s voluntary sustainability reports and disclosures
- Develop and implement external sustainability communications strategies, supporting annual reports, disclosures, and Oracle’s overall external narrative
- Create clear and impactful materials to communicate Oracle’s sustainability progress and commitments to customers, partners, regulators, and public stakeholders
- Interface with customers, partners, and external communities on sustainability topics, demonstrating Oracle’s net positive value and preempting potential concerns related to topics such as data center development
- Analyze sustainability-related data to identify inefficiencies, surface insights, and define relevant targets
- Support cross-functional sustainability initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic priorities
- Support or manage cross-company engagement and training programs to build awareness and drive adoption of sustainability best practices
- Interface as needed with customers and partners on key environmental topics, ensuring Oracle’s programs meet or anticipate stakeholder expectations
