Sherweb is a company dedicated to simplifying the cloud for IT professionals. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop a network of contacts, attract new clients, and drive growth through strategic initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and drive growth
- Offer strategies that are designed to reach specific objectives regarding revenue, recruitment and partner activation
- Contributing to the development and execution of customer and sub-reseller recruitment campaigns
- Identifying growth opportunities and creating and executing appropriate action plans
- Travel to meet with partners and represent SherWeb at tradeshows and fairs (up to 50% of your time)
- Perform other related tasks based on the needs of the organization and evolution of the role
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
- 10 years of experience in IT sales or as a Rep with a history of successful transactions
- Good knowledge of the Information Technology sector
- Latest knowledge of IT technologies and experience using document sharing and client-relation software (Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, SharePoint) are essential
- Fluency in English
- Cloud specialization or experience will be considered a major asset
- Sales experience using Partner/reseller networks is a major asset
