Edvensoft Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing & Branding to lead their global marketing initiatives across the SaaS and Family Entertainment Center markets. This role will focus on strengthening brand positioning, accelerating demand generation, and driving revenue growth across digital and industry channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives
- Drive positioning of our SaaS platform as a market leader within the FEC industry
- Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and market expansion
- Define and strengthen brand identity within both SaaS and FEC verticals
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across website, digital channels, sales materials, events, and partner communications
- Build thought leadership presence in the FEC and entertainment technology space
- Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, webinars, social media)
- Drive qualified lead generation for enterprise FEC operators and multi-location clients
- Optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and marketing ROI
- Develop marketing presence at FEC trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Build strategic partnerships within the FEC ecosystem
- Create targeted campaigns addressing FEC pain points such as operations, revenue management, customer experience, and automation
- Oversee content marketing strategy including case studies, whitepapers, product demos, video marketing, and newsletters
- Lead website optimization to support conversion and customer journey
- Manage PR, industry publications, and brand visibility in SaaS and FEC markets
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure strong MQL to SQL conversion
- Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, competitive positioning, and product messaging
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for high-value FEC clients
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team
- Manage external agencies, creative teams, and digital partners
- Establish clear KPIs and accountability across the marketing function
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Experience managing product-led growth or subscription-based models
- Experience working with or marketing to the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) industry is highly preferred
- Experience marketing to multi-location businesses or franchise operators
- Knowledge of FEC operations including POS systems, booking systems, event management, and customer engagement tools
- Global marketing exposure (North America, Middle East, or other regions)
