TripFusion is a next-generation travel technology platform focused on the golf industry, seeking a Business Development Director for Golf Partnerships. The role involves building relationships with golf courses and resorts, introducing them to TripFusion's travel platform, and driving new revenue streams through partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Be a true ambassador for TripFusion within the golf community
- Prospect golf courses, clubs, resorts, and management companies across the U.S
- Build relationships with GMs, PGA Pros, Directors of Golf, and ownership
- Present and demo TripFusion's white-label travel platform, customizing the pitch
- Manage sales pipeline from outreach to signed partnership agreement in Hubspot
- Represent TripFusion at golf industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide market feedback to inform golf vertical strategy
- Act as a TripFusion ambassador within the golf community
Requirements:
- Direct experience in golf (operations, sales, etc.) OR an established network as a serious golfer
- Naturally build rapport, understanding how to do business with 'golf people.'
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with commission-only work
- Sales, business development, or partnership experience (golf preferred, but strong network suffices)
- Organized and proactive in managing outreach and follow-ups
- Clearly communicate value and confidently handle objections
- Comfortable with virtual demos and presentations, as well as in-person meetings
- Hubspot experience is a plus
