7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a Sales Development Representative who will connect with prospective clients and set qualified appointments. The role involves managing outreach efforts, exceeding appointment-setting goals, and collaborating closely with the sales team to support new business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a list of contacts across different company profiles and reach out to them in a timely manner
- Identify ideal prospective clients and target similar companies for outreach
- Organize outreach efforts by geographic area and contact group
- Use outreach tools and job boards to identify new leads and contact them by phone and email
- Set qualified appointments by establishing the right expectations and uncovering client pain points
- Exceed monthly appointment-setting goals
- Maintain detailed call and email notes in the CRM so the sales team has clear next steps
- Work closely with the sales team to support successful new business acquisition
- Help create and improve repeatable SDR processes that drive consistent results
Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and organization when planning weekly and monthly priorities

- Experience working in a fast-paced Series A or Series B startup environment
