Project Manager – SPAC / IPO

Neos Talent is partnering with a leading U.S. accounting & advisory platform to hire a Project Manager with direct IPO and SPAC PMO experience. This role focuses on leading integrated PMOs for de-SPAC and capital markets transactions, coordinating multiple technical workstreams under compressed regulatory timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated PMOs for de-SPAC and capital markets transactions
• Coordinate technical accounting, SEC reporting, PCAOB audit, tax, valuation, and SOX workstreams
• Manage S-4 / proxy filing timelines and SEC comment cycles
• Prepare executive reporting for steering committees and board-level stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate transaction risks
• Advise on PMO structure, governance, and execution frameworks
• Mentor junior consultants across engagements

Requirements:

• 5+ years in audit, accounting advisory, or capital markets consulting
• Hands-on de-SPAC transaction experience (required)
• Strong understanding of SEC reporting and public company compliance
• Experience operating within professional services or consulting
• Comfortable managing multiple high-pressure workstreams simultaneously
• CPA preferred
• PMP/CAPM beneficial
