Zeta Global is an AI-Powered Marketing Cloud that simplifies marketing for enterprise customers. They are seeking a Product Marketing Director for AI Solutions to lead go-to-market strategies and commercialization of AI-driven marketing products, while identifying new market opportunities and driving customer growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with go-to-market teams to lead GTM strategy, product positioning and commercialization for Zeta’s AI driven products and solutions, including executing coordinated launches, campaigns and customer activation programs
- Serve as the voice of the customer and market (Understand customers, segments and their unmet needs) and translate that into market requirements to inform product roadmaps, support prototyping and testing and ensure solutions align with real-world demand
- Define and maintain accurate customer personas and target segments, plus identify our strongest differentiators across our product suite for each of those segments
- Identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and support development of new buyer-specific and verticalized solutions
- Collaborate with the GTM teams to create a transparent and internally socialized roadmap, driving market intelligence and feedback into the product development and go to market process
- Quarterback world-class launches by creating powerful “launch moments” that promote our innovation, drive market awareness, and accelerate customer adoption
- Create compelling full-funnel content and assets to win new clients and support field execution
- Build strong relationships with the industry analysts to generate awareness and buy-in of new Zeta innovations and solutions
- Collaborate with Product Management to ship amazing products and solutions that change the way marketers think and work
- Work closely with product, go to market, and cross-functional marketing teams to drive the business and product marketing strategy. Track, measure and report against performance, adoption and revenue contribution to demonstrate measurable impact
- Present strategy, insights and result to senior stakeholders, analysts and customers, building alignment and market credibility
Requirements:
- 7+ years product marketing experience within AI AdTech, MarTech, media agency or data-driven marketing
- Proven track record of creating industry and/or solution-specific positioning, messaging and technical marketing content. Ability to adapt messaging to marketing and technical audiences
- Strong experience in AI and specifically its application in the enterprise
- Autonomy – you can lay out a plan and execute it with rigor
- Passion for technology with GTM and enablement know-how
- Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including demos, presentations, enablement assets and GTM materials, with strong cross-functional collaboration and storytelling skills
- Dynamic, confident personality with the ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals
- Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution
- Proven track record of successfully bringing new products of capabilities to market, driving adoption and customer value
