Business Development Representative- Western Region

Holon Health is a trailblazing healthcare startup focused on providing whole-person care for individuals with Substance Use Disorder. The Business Development Representative will support the Growth team by identifying and cultivating partnerships across various channels, sharing Holon’s innovative care model, and building trust with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach and lead generation to build a strong, qualified partnership pipeline across community, healthcare, and justice-system channels
• Engage with community organizations, healthcare providers, health plans, and court system stakeholders to understand their needs and share Holon’s value
• Collaborate with the Growth team to move opportunities forward and support long-term partner relationships
• Identify relevant community events, conferences and partnership opportunities for Holon to participate in and support the coordination and logistics of those engagements
• Represent Holon Health at select in-person events and partner meetings as a brand ambassador when applicable
• Track industry trends and provide feedback to internal teams to inform outreach strategy

• Prior experience in community engagement, outreach, sales, or business development preferred
• Experience with healthcare, behavioral health, community services, or the criminal justice system is a plus
