Treasury & Payments Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor on cash management strategies, products, and services
• Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and close deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand share of wallet and ensure satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support business development
• Lead complex deal structuring and negotiate pricing agreements
• Support product implementation and ensure seamless financial transaction setup
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and capabilities
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements that protect the bank’s assets and enhance client experience
