Our client, Drunix Solution Inc, is seeking a Power Engineer who will focus on distribution networks and operational technology, providing expertise in infrastructure and technical support while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve incidents, provision, deploy, configure, migrate, manage, and support infrastructure products
- Ensure high-quality technical support, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhering to process compliance
- Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to minimize the likelihood of significant service outages or disasters
Requirements:
- Power Engineer (3-5 yrs): Focus on distribution networks & OT
- ADMS Expertise: Power-flow convergence, circuit analysis, issue resolution
- Platform Familiarity: AspenTech OSI, SCADA integration, power-flow validation
- Analysis Tools: CYME, capacity maps, OSI power-flow
- GIS & CIM: Network modeling, asset connectivity, topology
- Advanced Apps: FLISR, VVO, VVC, CVR exposure
- Modeling: Load, substation, underground, DER
- Network Principles: Strong understanding of modeling & data
- Standards: IEC 61970/61968, DNP3, ICCP
- Technical Skills: Scripting (SQL, Python), data validation
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written
- Practical Experience: Substation, underground, DER modeling
