Your job :
The HR Manager manages all human resources activities, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and labor relations. He/She contributes to the alignment of HR strategy with corporate objectives, while ensuring legal compliance and employee well-being.
Your main tasks:
- Oversee the recruitment, integration and development of talent.
- Implement performance management and training plans.
- Manage compensation, benefits and salary policy.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Your profile:
- 5 years' higher education in Human Resources or similar field.
- Significant experience in HR management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR tools.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
- Fluent in English
