Zywave is a company that empowers insurers and brokers to drive profitable growth. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for specific product offerings, collaborating with various teams to position products effectively in the Insurtech market.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing clear product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Zywave products and services that are easily understood and up-to-date based on their stage in the product lifecycle
- Gather, aggregate, and synthesize voice-of-market insights across internal and external inputs (e.g., win/loss analysis, competitive intelligence, customer advisory boards, pilot programs, etc.) to inform product and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and go-to-market teams to define and deliver comprehensive product marketing plans that deliver on business goal. This includes content creation such as website copy, product brochures, presentations, case studies, and social media posts to promote the product
- Providing sales teams with product knowledge, training materials, and sales tools to effectively sell the product
- Act as the primary thought leader, internally and externally, for the products you support, including speaking engagements and written works
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in B2B product marketing organizations, with a strong preference for experience with high-growth SaaS companies
- Demonstrable experience planning and leading cross-departmental product launches and projects is required
- Proven success working cross-functionally with product management, multiple functions within marketing, and go-to-market teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing differentiated product positioning, using clear language, and creating compelling narratives
- Self-starter and motivated individual who is disciplined, creative, and collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous insurance industry or Insurtech experience preferred
