GHR Healthcare is seeking a Managing Director of Enterprise Business Development to lead and scale strategic partnerships with large health systems. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving enterprise growth and expanding adoption of their SaaS healthcare data platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the growth and retention strategy across a portfolio of high-impact enterprise health system partners
- Drive adoption, expansion, and long-term value of our enterprise SaaS healthcare data solutions
- Develop and lead multi-year strategic partnership roadmaps focused on platform expansion and recurring revenue growth
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and enterprise SaaS adoption within large health system networks
- Lead and mentor teams of Strategic Growth Managers and Partner Success Advisors focused on enterprise SaaS partnerships
- Build a high-performing organization focused on strategic selling, customer success, and recurring revenue growth
- Establish scalable processes and best practices for enterprise SaaS business development
- Serve as a senior executive sponsor for key enterprise health system clients
- Guide strategic account planning and long-term SaaS partnership strategy
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders across large healthcare systems
- Support complex enterprise SaaS deal structuring, pricing strategy, negotiations, and renewals
- Influence enterprise SaaS pricing models, value propositions, and contract structures
- Identify opportunities to innovate and deliver new data-driven SaaS capabilities for health system partners
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Clinical Strategy, and Finance to support SaaS platform growth
- Provide ongoing market and customer feedback to inform product development and innovation roadmap
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, executive briefings, and healthcare technology events to reinforce thought leadership
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account leadership, or business development, preferably in SaaS or technology-driven solutions
- 3–6+ years selling enterprise SaaS or technology solutions to C-level stakeholders in large health systems
- 1+ years managing teams and complex partner portfolios in a high-growth, matrixed SaaS or technology environment
- Deep understanding of healthcare provider networks, healthcare economics, and the clinical data ecosystem
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise SaaS revenue growth and long-term client partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and strategic thinking
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, and scale repeatable SaaS growth strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Background in healthcare technology, SaaS platforms, healthcare data services, or hospital quality improvement programs
- Familiarity with quality reporting, hospital regulatory requirements, or clinical data abstraction
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms supporting healthcare analytics, quality reporting, or performance improvement
- MBA or Master of Health Administration (MHA)
