ProFinda is a fast-growing, innovative SaaS company revolutionizing workforce management through AI technology. The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in generating new leads, qualifying them, and transitioning them into the sales pipeline while fostering positive relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify outbound lead generation targets using ProFinda’s sales tools through strategy sessions with Account Executives
- Prioritize targets based on criteria agreed upon with the sales staff taking into account industry trends and territory needs
- Initiate contact with new leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media and events
- Qualify leads that fall into ProFinda’s Ideal Customer Profile using standard BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Keep up to date with ProFinda’s competitive landscape
- Articulate ProFinda’s value proposition and unique selling proposition in a clear, concise and credible manner
- Foster brand awareness
- Achieve lead generation quotas as set by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to engage at all levels of a prospect's organization
- Sound research and social/professional media skills
