EAIGLE is an AI-native SaaS company transforming gate automation and yard operations for enterprise distribution centers. They are seeking an Enterprise Marketing & Events Associate to lead the execution of high-impact marketing programs, manage conferences, and coordinate events to support enterprise growth across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of EAIGLE’s conference and event presence across North America, including major industry conferences and trade shows in the U.S. and Canada, executive customer events, partner-involved events, ecosystem events, and speaking engagements
- You will coordinate venues, vendors, travel logistics, booth materials, and on-site execution to ensure events run smoothly and represent EAIGLE professionally
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to support meeting generation around key events by helping coordinate target account outreach, scheduling on-site meetings, and ensuring proper follow-up after events
- Ensure event participation translates into structured follow-up by supporting lead capture, organization of event contacts, and coordination with marketing and sales teams for post-event engagement
- Execute EAIGLE’s webinar program, including customer webinars, partner webinars, product announcements, and industry sessions. This includes coordinating speakers, scheduling sessions, managing registrations, and supporting live execution
- Coordinate capture of content during conferences, webinars, and speaking sessions so that insights, quotes, photos, and video can be reused across EAIGLE’s marketing channels
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event materials, presentations, and marketing collateral are prepared and ready for each engagement
