RevBuild Solutions is a venture-backed construction technology company seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support U.S. market expansion. The role involves pipeline development, lead qualification, and outbound execution to generate qualified opportunities with construction companies across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect construction companies, including general contractors, specialty contractors, and project owners
- Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Build target account lists and map decision makers
- Engage operations, project management, and technology leaders in construction organizations
- Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data
- Run structured multi-touch outreach campaigns
- Test messaging and refine prospecting strategies
- Work closely with leadership to improve targeting and messaging
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in SDR / BDR / inside sales roles
- Strong outbound prospecting discipline
- Comfortable making high volumes of calls and outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized and self-directed
- Able to thrive in an early-stage startup environment
- SaaS or technology sales experience
- Experience selling into construction, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
- Familiarity with tools such as: Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
