RoboOp365 is a fast-moving robotics company revolutionizing food service with advanced kitchen robotics. They are seeking an Outside Sales Representative focused on Assisted Living communities to build pipelines, engage stakeholders, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting: calls, emails, onsite visits, referrals, and networking
- Run discovery to uncover kitchen workflow pain (batch production, staffing gaps, consistency, throughput, training burden)
- Lead onsite meetings and demonstrations to show how Robby improves outcomes
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → close
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, pipeline stages, and forecasting in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Coordinate internally to deliver the right solution and support a smooth handoff post-sale
