Infinite Electronics, Inc. is seeking a strategic and data-driven Marketing Automation Manager to lead their lifecycle and demand email marketing programs. This role will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of email initiatives aimed at driving customer engagement and ecommerce revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize always-on lifecycle campaigns (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, win-back)
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to increase engagement and conversion
- Create data flows and understand data architecture to leverage in MAP
- Partner with demand generation and sales teams to develop email campaigns that accelerate ecommerce revenue
- Build triggered and event-based campaigns (e.g., content downloads, product interest, past purchase)
- Manage Eloqua campaigns end-to-end: audience segmentation, workflow logic, A/B testing, QA, deliverability, and reporting
- Analyze campaign performance (open, CTR, conversion, pipeline impact, etc.) and provide actionable insights
- Drive continuous testing on subject lines, personalization, CTAs, and send cadence
- Work with Brand/Creative to ensure messaging and design align with brand guidelines
- Partner with Brand teams for product launches and nurture content
- Collaborate with E-commerce / Digital Marketing to integrate campaigns with paid, web, and social
- Act as the Eloqua subject-matter expert: maintain data hygiene, and automation workflows
- Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA and other data privacy regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required
- 5–7 years of professional experience in marketing automation or a related digital marketing role
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, with a strong preference for Oracle Eloqua
