About this role
SYNCREON is a company that provides recruitment and staffing services across various industries. They are seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud deployments.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, or DevOps roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including hybrid cloud deployments
- Experience with Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) or similar hybrid infrastructure platforms
- Proven expertise with Terraform Infrastructure as Code, including version control through GitHub
- Experience designing and implementing Azure networking and security architectures
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines
- Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments in enterprise settings
- Hands-on experience with Tanium, particularly Patch, Enforce, and Comply modules
- Working knowledge of SQL Server administration and database management
- Experience deploying and managing Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Storage services
- Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, networking, and cloud platforms
- Experience with enterprise hybrid cloud architectures and migration strategies
- Familiarity with Azure monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights
- Experience with security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect)
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments with automation-first infrastructure practices
