Solenis is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions, specializing in water treatment chemistries and monitoring systems. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving account improvement and new business conversion while ensuring best practices are maintained for existing and new accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Driving account improvement and conversion of new business at key NA IS customer sites
- Guaranteeing best practices are in place for existing business, new account startups, existing strategic customer accounts, or new business opportunities and overall account management
- Ensuring the overall technologies are in place and operating at a premium
- Guaranteeing successful equipment installation and that equipment is operating efficiently
- Overseeing technical best practices, specific applications could be microbio, cooling, wastewater, etc
- Ensuring mill performance improves and/or new business is converted in a way that provides Solenis long term success
- Oversee the account stability by working with the local team to make sure key items are in place and being used. These will include; ASA, Value Doc, PIM, Service Reports, Business Reviews and New Business Proposals to assure overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Science degree
- 5-10+ years of water treatment experience
