They are seeking an eDiscovery Expert/Lead Product Manager to enhance the company’s eDiscovery and digital litigation technology landscape by leveraging expertise in Relativity and AI-enabled technologies, while providing critical support to legal, IT, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and optimize the technical framework for global eDiscovery technology and AI adoption, ensuring effective integration and functionality across Legal, IT, and business operations
- Drive AI adoption and evaluation for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters, leading pilot-to-production implementation of emerging technologies
- Shape enterprise digital litigation strategy through active leadership in cross-functional bodies (e.g. Litigation, Information Protection, Information Governance, Compliance)
- Represent the company externally, benchmarking best practices and bringing insights to strengthen the program
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with internal and external legal teams, influencing case strategy
- Work together with eDiscovery specialists globally to elevate consistency, efficiency, and technical maturity
- Enable knowledge sharing by developing frameworks, playbooks, and communication channels
- Act as the senior technical authority for Relativity and AI-enabled review (e.g., aiR), including workflow design, governance enforcement, and mentoring of attorneys on effective prompt engineering
- Oversee EDRM stages globally: Identification, Preservation, Collection, Processing, Review, Analysis, and Production
- Independently execute and manage core eDiscovery operations: workspace management, user administration, structured analytics, Review Center configuration, data processing, productions, and quality control
- Proactively identify data sources and establish best practices ensuring metadata integrity and defensible chain of custody
- Manage and prioritize global collection and preservation queues, coordinating with custodians and business data owners
- Provide matter-level strategic guidance on data posture, expert resourcing, and capacity planning
- Champion effective data lifecycle management and compliance with legal obligations
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- At least five years of hands-on experience administering Relativity cases from processing through production; strong AI/TAR understanding
- Relativity Certified Administrator - Relativity Certified Expert/Master preferred
- Strong IT background with broad knowledge of enterprise data platforms (incl. M365, Purview, cloud/mobile sources)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
- Ability to independently manage global operational work while driving strategic initiatives
- Engineering capabilities (scripting, architectural understanding) and continuous learning mindset
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- Relativity Certified Expert/Master
