Chasepro Talent is seeking an Enterprise Product Marketing Manager for their Customer Success portfolio. The role focuses on strategic marketing for services, including rebranding, sales enablement, and campaign support to drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Repositioning: Rebrand/restructure services, create new messaging & positioning
- Launch Execution: Support expanded services, implementation, and advisory launches; position partner co-delivery model
- Sales Enablement (Primary): Build sales plays, field enablement assets, bundle services with product deals
- Campaign Support: Contribute to campaigns, improve attach rate, blend thought leadership & conversion content
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in Product Marketing
- Strong in messaging frameworks, GTM strategy, and product launches
- Enterprise B2B experience, targeting CIOs, Heads of IT, VP/SVP IT
- Marketing services (not just products)
- Packaging, positioning, and GTM for services
- Partnering with Customer Success / Services / Support teams
- Driving measurable impact: Services adoption, Attach rate / expansion, Sales enablement & campaigns
- Platform company background preferred (Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Cisco)
