Performance Marketing Manager

Wizard AI is a leading AI Shopping Agent that delivers products with unmatched accuracy and quality. They are seeking a Performance Marketer to drive paid acquisition strategies and optimize campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Own paid acquisition strategy and day to day execution across Meta, Google, Reddit and future channels
• Manage budgets, pacing and channel mix to balance efficiency and scale
• Continuously optimize campaigns and design and run structured experiments
• Launch and test new channels, formats and strategies
• Analyze performance data to identify insights and opportunities. Iterate quickly based on results and share documented learnings across teams
• Work closely with the data teams to define success metrics, testing and reporting. Partner with Creative to define what to test and why
• Build and maintain performance documentation (tests, results, decisions)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid growth roles
• Hands on experience managing paid channels
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
• Experience with consumer or marketplace products
• Experience in Agentic AI or e-Commerce spaces
