Pinnacle Technology is seeking an experienced Academic Human Resources Analyst to support academic personnel operations and provide HR guidance across multiple departments. This role involves managing the full employee lifecycle and advising on academic personnel policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, offboarding)
- Advise departments on academic personnel policies, procedures, and labor agreements
- Support academic recruitment, appointments, and advancement processes
- Address HR and academic personnel issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned client departments
- Assist with compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee relations matters
Requirements:
- Proven HR Generalist experience, managing the full employee lifecycle
- Experience working in academic or university HR environments
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor contracts, and employment practices
- Ability to analyze complex issues and recommend practical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
