As an Account Manager, you will be the essential link between Phished and clients in the USA, managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Annual and Quarterly Recurring Revenue (ARR) Targets: Approach these goals with consistency and predictability
- Provide Strategic Advice to Existing Clients: Focus on solution selling, maximizing upsell opportunities, and promoting new products
- Ensure Accurate Reporting and Pipeline Forecasting: Deliver precise updates to maintain clarity and success
- Develop Detailed Account Management Reports: Share these with stakeholders to inform decision-making
