They are seeking a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leader who will drive solutions for enterprise deployments, solve complex problems, and directly influence customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Fuel and implement solutions for enterprise-scale deployments
- Apply standard methodologies to improve software outcomes while bringing customer needs and feedback back to Splunk for product improvement
- Identify and resolve highly complicated organizational challenges
- Transition small, one-off tasks into large-scale implementations across thousands of machines
- Participate in growth and mentorship opportunities within the team
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with operating systems (particularly Linux)
- Supervising systems (including Splunk)
- Cloud technologies
- Networking
- Proven experience managing operations at scale
- Previous experience in roles such as Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, or DevOps Engineer
- Experience working with distributed systems and a passion for identifying edge cases that appear at scale
- A self-motivated learner with a steadfast thirst for mastering innovative technologies in an evolving environment
- Ability to leverage a variety of backgrounds in business, analytics, and technology
- Top Secret Clearance preferred
