HEPCO, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across multiple engineering disciplines. The role focuses on full life-cycle recruiting and strong partnership with hiring managers to attract top talent nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job responsibilities, and required skill sets
- Lead intake discussions and help define role expectations and candidate profiles
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified engineering candidates
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills and experience
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer process
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing insight into the role and expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Stay current on recruiting trends and implement effective sourcing techniques
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for engineering roles such as electrical, mechanical, software, systems, or computer science
- Ability to recruit across multiple locations on a national level
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and technical requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
