Achilles Information Limited is a global leader in supplier management solutions, dedicated to promoting sustainability and transparency in supply chains. They are seeking a Senior New Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition efforts, targeting high-value enterprise clients and driving revenue growth across strategic sectors in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Identify, target, and secure new enterprise clients in key U.S. market verticals
- Solution Selling: Promote Achilles’ supplier management platform by articulating its value and ROI to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline of mid-to-long sales cycle opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with key decision-makers (C-suite, procurement, compliance) to understand business needs and align Achilles’ solutions accordingly
- Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the long-term revenue goals of the organization
- Strategic Insight: Collaborate with marketing, account management and product teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer demand
Requirements:
- 5+ years proven success in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within supplier management, compliance, risk management, or supply chain technology
- Track record and experience closing high-value ($250K+ ACV) deals with Fortune 1000 companies or large enterprises
- Strong consultative sales approach, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles independently
- Experience selling into industries such as energy, facilities management, technology, or construction is a strong plus
