Knexus is a high-growth AI solutions provider to the US Government and a Google Premier Partner. As the Director of Business Development, you will drive the company's expansion by managing full-lifecycle business development and capture, turning a qualified $100M+ pipeline into realized revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Positioning: Identify and pursue emerging opportunities across DoD and Federal Civilian agencies where Knexus' AI and automation capabilities deliver distinctive value
- Pipeline Growth and Execution: Drive and expand our $100M+ pipeline by rigorously qualifying opportunities and maximizing win rates
- Capture Leadership: Lead end-to-end capture efforts for high-priority opportunities. Spearhead the identify and qualify phase for these, ensuring we are effectively 'hunting' for mission-critical needs
- Consultative Sales: Work with GS-15/SES level decision-makers to translate mission requirements into tailored AI solutions that bridge technical capabilities with operational outcomes
- Proposal Collaboration: Work with technical teams and executive leadership to craft compelling win themes, value propositions, and competitive pricing strategies for complex proposals
