They are seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design and implement lifecycle communications that enhance client experience and drive business outcomes across the client journey.
Responsibilities:
- Define the lifecycle marketing roadmap from acquisition through retention and drive execution against it
- Build segmented, personalised campaigns across email, SMS, and direct channels: track CAC, ROI, and LTV to optimize performance
- Lead working sessions with product, analytics, creative, and clinical teams to align on priorities and timelines
- Design and run A/B tests to improve messaging, creative, and targeting
- Map the customer journey end to end; identify gaps and build action plans to close them
- Own the lifecycle marketing infrastructure, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring programs, automation, and data flows support client acquisition, engagement, and retention
Requirements:
- 7 plus years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with experience owning lifecycle strategy end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), HubSpot, Marketo, etc
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable pulling reports, interpreting data, and turning insights into action
- Result-oriented: you hold yourself accountable to performance goals
- Superior project management skills: you can hold multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines in your head at once
- Bonus experience: Healthcare or another high-compliance industry
