Arthur Edward is a leading beauty, personal care & FMCG recruitment agency, and they are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth in the nutrition and wellness sector. This role involves building partnerships, managing relationships with manufacturers and distributors, and staying ahead of market trends to drive sales of high-end nutrition ingredients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead sales of high-end nutrition ingredients into VMS manufacturers including, liquids, soft gels, powders, tablets
• Build and manage relationships with OEMs, manufacturers and distributors, UK and international
• Identify and convert strategic business opportunities with long-term potential
• Champion natural, botanical and active ingredients that deliver proven benefits
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure excellent customer service
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity and emerging science
• Represent the business at key industry events including Vitafoods and CPHI

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in nutrition, supplements or cosmetic nutrition
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives outside of corporate structures
